Come Dance With The Moon - Charlie Edgarton
For an hour or more - Learn how she dances with you- Here ... ... through this door . . .

In one evening, learn how and when the Moon empowers, challenges, entices and supports different facets of your life at different but predictable times every day, every week, every month. The way to do that is to watch the moon as it travels around a special circle - your unique birthchart, every 28 days.
The handouts for this program include 4 items.
1- Charlie's birthchart 2- A Key to your chart's symbols. 3- A simple, 5 page overview of the building blocks of Astrology and 4- A 2 page ephemeris for February and March 2009 [An ephemeris is a daily listing of the planets' zodiacal positions . . . e.g. the Moon is in Virgo all day today]

If you email Charlie at Orion255@aol.com before February 19 with your first name, birth date, birth place and as close to your exact birth time as you can get, he will bring a copy of your chart for you to the Program (with no "birth time" he can use noon). When you walk away from this presentation, you will have all the tools you need to "read" your own chart.

Just as daybreak, first light, gently but firmly shatters the intoxicating, spell binding depth of the thickest yet most fragile part of the night, those last hours and minutes before dawn, so can each of us begin to more clearly know the Moon, each morning, each afternoon, each day and each night as she dances around our chart every month and awakens each of our planets in her own time.

Charlie Edgarton has been a professional Astrologer since the early 90's and a member of The Astrological Society of Connecticut since '98. He's been doing readings at fairs throughout southern New England since 2002. He began his study of Astrology under Isabelle Hickey in the early 70's. That was also the time he started working with past life regression. He may be reached by email at Orion255@aol.com or by phone at (860) 573-0410.

Cost: The good news is that pricing will remain the same as last year. To attend a single event is $15. The cost of our packages is $75 for a package of 8, and $45 for a package of 4. See website for details. The Guild Website

Stress Effects and Whole-Self Healing - Leedra Yablonsky -

What do back pain, insomnia, diabetes, memory problems and depression have in common? Which single factor has been linked to over 80% of all illnesses? Why do so many people these days have food allergies and environmental sensitivities? In a word - STRESS. Stress can affect us on all levels - mental, physical, and emotional. It can also disconnect us from Spirit and our own internal source of wisdom. Only when we reintegrate all aspects of our being can we truly heal in a way that is uniquely our own.
Come be a part of a lively discussion and demonstration of how and why stress affects us. Improve the effectiveness of your meditation, yoga, exercise, and relaxation practices. Learn how the simple concept of 'cause correction' can address multiple issues simultaneously and allow us to achieve our best potential. By releasing stress, wellness and joy become the reality of the integrated self.
One always begins with the simple, then comes the complex, and by superior enlightenment one often reverts in the end to the simple. Such is the course of human intelligence. - Voltaire

Leedra Yablonsky is a Certified Developmental Alphabioticist, and a member of Alphabiotics International. Often called the "Original Brain Reboot", Alphabiotics allows the brain to "reset", rebalance, and release stress. Once stress is released, the body's resources can be better used for strength, growth, and wellness.

Anatomy Trains for Yoga
- Eli Thompson
Anatomy Trains is Tom Myers' revolutionary re-vision of musculo-skeletal anatomy. Our body is wondrously complicated and the traditional parts-based anatomy often serves to confuse rather than enhance its understanding. The Anatomy Trains simplifies it for us in a practical way.
The Anatomy Trains maps out how muscles fascially connect to each other, forming 12 myofascial continuities from head to toe and from birth to death. The Anatomy Trains help explain how one tight area can create a series of compensations that distort and hinder our everyday movements, leading to chronic compensations and eventually pain and dysfunction. By opening and engaging these continuities we can better experience our seamless unity in a easy, pain free manner.
This workshop gives a new perspective on anatomy and how it relates to health and fitness. We will explore the 12 Anatomy Trains and how they either support or hinder our intentions. We will learn to SEE them (Body Reading) and formulate effective strategies to bring the body back toward balance. In the classes for Bodyworkers we will explore how to manipulate the myofascia via Myofascial Release Techniques from Tom Myers' KMI technique library. In the classes for Yoga we will learn how these imbalances distort our student's yoga postures, discover the common compensations used to make the pose 'look good', and explore ways to engage these limitations and deepen our student's experience of Yoga. Come explore!
Taught by certified teacher Eli Thompson. 617-776-9494 or Eli@EliThompson.com
Download an Anatomy Trains flier for posting or passing on at: EliThompson.com/flier.pdf
Friday evening, Saturday, & Sunday $295 early registration, $345 there after.

4th Thursday Evenings of each month 7 pm
A Men's Circle - Gatherings for the Male Journey
Started by Alan Lopez, this meetingorganized the group. We continually explore our group's intensiojn to be in unity in a time that try men's souls. Perhaps, as in no previous era have we men found ourselves facing such vital challenges: both inward and outward. We are confronted with critical questions:
What it is to be a man? What is the direction of our journey? and above all - What trustworthy resources are available along the way?
In our gatherings we will explore, share, and support each other to act on these and other questions that live in our souls. We will have the opportunity to step out of the awful, invisible isolation that marks the lives of so many of us into a confidential community of peers.

This is an ongoing Men's Circle started last year by Alan Lopez, PhD. Alan maintained a private psychotherapy practice in CT for nearly 20 years and has led numerous workshops on men's issues and founded several long running men's groups. He is the author of "Passion and Purpose in Men's Lives".
